We hope you love what you’ve purchased, but if something’s not quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help.
Returns / Cancellations
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to return it, or to cancel a service you’ve booked with us.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please make sure you keep your receipt or proof of purchase, as we’ll need this to process your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we’ll give it a quick check and let you know it’s safely back with us.
If everything is in order, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Minimum Age
To make any purchase or use our services, you must be 18 years old or over.
