No problem. We can arrange for a larger or smaller room to be allocated. Obviously this will depend upon availability. However, we will always do our very best to accommodate your needs.
All our rooms are purpose built with steel. We have a state of the art 24 hour CCTV system and fully alarmed buildings. In addition, you will have your own padlock ensuring that only you have access to your room.
As part of our commitment to security, you will be required to provide photographic identification, eg current passport, photo driving licence. In addition a photo will be taken of all new customers and stored with their records. We will also require proof of your address, eg Council Tax bill, utility bill, landline telephone bill – all of which must be current.
Yes. It is a condition of renting one of our storage units that there is adequate insurance as there is always a small risk that something could go wrong.
There are two options:
Some household insurance policies cover goods away from home.
We could add you to our insurance policy.
This will depend on what you are storing. If you are moving house a guide is shown on our price list.
We do have rooms available at ground level as well as 1st floor rooms. Our 1st floor rooms can be accessed by either a flight of stairs, or by a 2.2 tonne passenger/goods lift for your convenience. Both access doors are approx. 5ft wide.
